20 in Birmingham

20 in Birmingham is trying to get more people cycling by enabling safe cycling in Birmingham. They propose slow speeds (10-20mph) on residential roads, cycle paths by the side of busy roads, and cycle training. This would allow any inexperienced cyclist to cycle anywhere in the city without cycling on a busy road with fast traffic.. The strategy is based on the Dutch and Danish cycling strategy. www.20inbirmingham.org.uk
