Crosby Lend Lease claim their new city-living development near Snow Hill station ticks a number of green boxes…

  • Cuts out the daily commute to the city centre
  • Built on a brownfield site, saving greenbelt
  • Excellent public transport links: very close to Snow Hill station (bus and Metro) and city centre buses
  • Its City Car Club hopes to rid Birmingham of ten private cars for each car in the car pool. The system gives buyers access to a car without all the hassle and costs associated with ongoing maintenance, fuel and insurance.
  • Fresh food markets on the doorstep cuts down on food miles
  • The design maximises natural light
  • Switching off the showhome lights in all of its five city centre developments saves an estimated 1042 Kilowatts electricity per quarter.
  • Prices start from £99,950 for a flat at “Hub” situated, near Summer Row and Colmore Row in the Gun Quarter.
